Will I lose access when pricing launches?
No. Beta users will be given generous notice and transition options when paid plans are introduced.
What counts as a ticket?
Any bug report, feedback item, or issue that flows through Prebug counts as a ticket, regardless of whether it gets sent to your dev tools.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
